Junior sales representative
Job description
As a junior commercial employee, you will provide all-round support within the rental and service departments. You will assist customers (by phone, email, or in person), help schedule technicians and drivers, and support our commercial operations in the showroom, webshop, and administration.
You will grow in your role, with opportunities to specialize in the area that suits you best: scheduling, sales, or administration.
Tasks
Responding to customers by phone, email, or in person
Registering and following up on maintenance and service requests
Drawing up daily schedules for technicians and drivers
Providing support with sales and rentals in the showroom or via the webshop
Preparing quotes, following up on orders, and providing administrative support
Opening or closing the showroom
Working closely with the manager and the team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
Strong administrative skills and ability to work under pressure
Ability to adapt quickly to unexpected changes
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of French, English, and/or German is a strong asset
You are flexible, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a team
