Technical Parts Specialist for Forklifts

Your role
You are the go-to person for parts in our workshop. Technicians, colleagues, and customers know where to turn to you with their questions, and thanks to your technical insight, they always find the right answer and the right part. You switch seamlessly between technical work, administration, and communication—all while maintaining a clear overview.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Technical follow-up on cases and repairs, from inquiry to resolution.
Searching for and identifying the correct parts using parts manuals and digital catalogs.
Preparing clear quotes for repairs and parts in CE.
Tracking and completing your tasks in Field Service.
Ordering parts from the factory.
Preparing parts for the workshop and service technicians.
Actively contributing ideas on the further digitization and optimization of our processes.
Who are you?
You have a technical background or a strong interest in mechanics.
You’re comfortable working with ERP, CRM, and other computer systems.
You’re meticulous, responsible, and take initiative.
You have strong organizational skills and can easily keep track of the big picture.
You speak a little English—which is useful for communicating with foreign manufacturers and within the company.
Experience with parts for forklifts, agricultural, construction, or industrial machinery is a definite plus.
You communicate easily with colleagues, suppliers, and technicians.
